Dr. Busby brings nearly 20 years of expertise in sex offender risk assessment evaluations, including specialized work in sexually violent predator and PC 288.1osexual evaluations. With over 11 years dedicated to competency to stand trial and not guilty by reason of insanity evaluations, she also conducts general and specific psychological assessments under the Evidence Code. Additionally, Dr. Busby has a strong background in pre-employment law enforcement psychological evaluations and fitness for duty assessments, showcasing her commitment to mental health in legal contexts.
